1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using chronoMelon Loyalty ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

chronoMelon Loyalty is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides loyalty program management tools for merchants. The Service includes:

• Customer loyalty program management
• Points and rewards system
• WooCommerce integration
• Customer portal and merchant dashboard
• Payment processing integration

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate, current, and complete
• Maintain the security of your password and identification
• Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Payment

The Service is provided on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the subscription fee as displayed at the time of signup
• Automatic renewal of your subscription unless cancelled
• Payment processing through Stripe
• No refunds for partial subscription periods unless required by law

We reserve the right to change subscription fees with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after fee changes constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Violate or infringe the rights of others
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to collect and process customer data through the Service, including compliance with applicable data protection laws (such as GDPR).

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by chronoMelon and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that the Service will be available 100% of the time. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any damages resulting from Service unavailability.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, chronoMelon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless chronoMelon, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
